SHIPPING AND RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY. We offer the convenience of UPS shipping to any destination within the United States of America. We do not provide shipping to P.O. boxes. Once an order is placed, we can not make any changes or cancellations. Shipments may encounter delays that are out of Rivering Roots' control, such as increased shipping volume, inclement weather, supply issues, etc. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, providing you with a predictable cost. The cost will vary based on the weight and size of the shipment and delivery locations. Please note that orders shipping to Hawaii or Alaska are subject to higher shipping costs.

Please allow 2-3 business days (excluding holidays) for orders of in-stock items to be fulfilled. Our made-to-order items will have their posted lead times within product descriptions and are subject to change. Made-to-order purchases will be followed up by an email with status updates on your order every two weeks. If you place an order that contains both in-stock and made-to-order items, all in-stock items will ship prior to made-to-order items.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING. We currently do not offer international shipping; however, we plan to down the road. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter for updates on when international shipping will be available.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER? When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification, including a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES. We stand firmly behind the quality of our products, but we understand that you may change your mind about a piece or that it may not work in your space as intended. We accept returns on select items within 14 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges on any of our goods.

  • Due to the inherent nature of our found home decor items, we do not accept returns on these products. We carefully communicate what to expect in each product description and kindly ask you to review the photos provided before purchasing. Additional non-returnable items include sale items, used health and personal care items, burned candles, and heavily worn books.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit your request within 14 days of delivery with proof of purchase to info@riveringroots.com; your request must include a description of your return and a photo of your order. Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and it must be in the original packaging and be adequately secured to prevent damage (or further damage) in transit. Rivering Roots recommends all packages be sent insured and with tracking. Rivering Roots is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages in return transit. 

Our customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an item, and all packages must be postmarked within 14 days after delivery. Shipping costs are only refundable if the item received is damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be issued upon receiving and inspecting the goods returned to Rivering Roots at 13800 Panama City Beach Pkwy #97, Panama City Beach, FL, 32415. All accepted returns will be refunded using the original form of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be processed.

All refunds are within Rivering Roots' sole discretion regarding granting or denying the request.
